Ingredients
- Rava - 1cup
- Sugar - 3/4cup
- Powdered coconut - 2tbsp
- Ashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee - 1/4cup
- Saffron few strands
- Rasins - 1tsp
- Cashew nuts - 1 tsp
- Milk as required for binding
Preparation
- Fry the raisins and cashews in 2tbsp of Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee. Keep aside.
- Roast the rava till it turns light golden.
- Add the coconut.
- Add sugar, hot milk, saffron and remaining Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee
- Form lemon sized balls with the mixture and serve.
