Rava Ladoo

  • Rava - 1cup
  • Sugar - 3/4cup
  • Powdered coconut - 2tbsp
  • Ashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee - 1/4cup
  • Saffron few strands
  • Rasins - 1tsp
  • Cashew nuts - 1 tsp
  • Milk as required for binding


  • Fry the raisins and cashews in 2tbsp of Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee. Keep aside.
  • Roast the rava till it turns light golden.
  • Add the coconut.
  • Add sugar, hot milk, saffron and remaining Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee
  • Form lemon sized balls with the mixture and serve.
